With Unly, a creator–agency partnership can operate without a chatter team. The agent handles conversations and media sales autonomously. The agreement should explain what the agency still provides: traffic, offer preparation, production or coordination. “Manage the account” does not adequately describe that work.
It must also preserve a fundamental boundary: a commercial target is never consent to content the creator does not want to produce. This checklist uses French law as a reference and needs adapting to the applicable law and the parties’ circumstances.
Define each party’s responsibilities with Unly
State who prepares the account voice, media and instructions in Unly. Explain that configured chatting operates without chatter approval for every message. The agency can focus its responsibilities on traffic, content planning and offer development.
Assign an owner, deliverable and approval requirements to each responsibility. The creator should understand both the paid service and their own contribution. The roles of the agent and people become clear in the agreement.
Separate chatting autonomy from production consent
Under French law, Civil Code article 1128 includes consent among the conditions for a valid contract. The rules on defects in consent address coercion and abuse of dependency. The working relationship must not become a means of pressure.
Describe accepted content and how new requests receive approval. Unly can sell the prepared offer; additional production commits the person creating it. Define how refusal works without threats involving access, payments or continuation of the partnership.
Make remuneration understandable in this model
Separate Unly costs from agency compensation. If the agency receives commission, define its base, covered sales, refunds, currency and due dates. Do not describe chatter pay as a necessary human expense when chatting is autonomous.
For discussion, not as a recommended rate, take a fictional €100 sale. Show deductions, the contractual base and agency compensation. Both sides should reach the same result and understand which responsibilities that compensation covers.
Define access and media usage rights

Access to a file does not establish exploitation rights. For personal data entrusted to a provider, the French data protection authority offers example clauses to adapt to the parties’ actual roles.
Plan the exit and sign a complete version
Specify duration, notice, termination effects and outstanding payments. Describe media return, control of traffic channels and continuity of existing orders. Operating without chatters simplifies the chatting handover; other responsibilities still need a defined transition.
Check party identities and attachments. Both sides retain the same complete, dated and signed version. Arrange review of sensitive clauses according to the rights, countries and commitments involved before launching the partnership.
