Unly is OFM software for managing creator accounts, preparing media offers and configuring AI chatting. Set each creator’s personality, prices, fan selection and follow-ups in the web dashboard. Review exchanges in the platform’s native messaging and check account statistics in Unly.
For a solo creator, start with the account whose messages take the most work. For an agency, use one setup routine across the roster, with a separate voice, catalog and scope for each creator. You remain responsible for the offers, the account rules and the conversations that need your attention.
Give each recurring task a clear control
Use Unly to connect the daily work: which account needs attention, what it can sell, how the agent should write and what happened to its offers. This is the workflow to check when choosing OFM software.
| Your task | Use this in Unly | Check the result |
|---|---|---|
| Manage creator accounts | Add the account, then use its own Configure, Pause and Statistics controls. | Confirm the creator, platform, connection and AI status on the account card. |
| Prepare media offers | Set each item’s internal description, base price and enabled status. | Open the actual media and compare its content with the description and displayed price. |
| Set the creator’s voice | Complete Personality, languages and Behavior; upload detailed instructions as a PDF when needed. | Read greetings, ordinary replies and price objections in the native conversation. |
| Choose who the AI handles | Select all fans, an inclusion list or an exclusion list. | For inclusion, list the fans the AI should handle. For exclusion, list the fans it should leave out. All fans requires no list. |
| Configure follow-ups | Set Automatic follow-up, its delay and optional style examples. | Read the next message after silence, including exchanges where the fan declined an offer. |
| Review sales activity | Open the account’s Statistics and inspect its media figures. | Compare Paid sends, Unique offers and Purchases over the same period. |
Choose the task you need to improve, then check its full workflow on one account.
Build the workflow for the platform you actually use
Unly provides connection flows for MYM, Fansly, 4Based, Maloum and OnlyFans. Available automations vary by platform. Uncove follows the partner route to Unbot shown when adding an account.
| Platform | Connection route | Workflow to check |
|---|---|---|
| MYM | Add the account directly in Unly. | Media galleries and scripts, Mass DMs, automatic posts and stories. |
| Fansly | Add the account directly in Unly. | AI account settings and Mass DMs. Review existing native automations too. |
| 4Based | Add the account directly in Unly. | Mass DMs, automatic posts and reels. |
| Maloum | Add the account directly in Unly. | Mass DMs and automatic posts. |
| OnlyFans | Add the account directly in Unly. | AI chatting, media descriptions and prices, fan scope and account-level pause. |
| Uncove | Use the partner route through Unbot. | Prepare that workflow in Unbot; the other rows describe Unly’s controls. |
Fansly’s own automated messages can respond to events such as a follow, subscription or tip, with a delay and cooldown. Review those messages alongside the Unly setup so you know which system is sending each message. For MYM, the official messaging guide explains where to find fan conversations and private-media requests.
For the platform setup in detail, use the MYM AI chatting workflow, the Fansly account guide or the Uncove and Unbot guide.
Configure your first creator account in this order
Connect and identify the account
Open Account management and choose Add an account. Complete the platform’s connection flow, then confirm the creator name and platform on the card. If the AI is active while you prepare the account, use Pause on that card and confirm the pause.
Prepare the catalog and prices
Open the account’s media. Check the content, write an accurate Internal description and set its Price. Review Price delta (%) and the resulting prices if you use a catalog adjustment. Save your edits and enable the media you want offered.
Configure the creator’s personality
Open Configure. Complete the relevant creator details and biography in Personality, then save. Set the languages, reply delay and AI availability in Behavior. For detailed voice and selling instructions, prepare a PDF in the advanced Personality options.
Choose the initial fan scope
In Fan selection, choose one Monitoring type. An inclusion list lets you begin with named fans; an exclusion list keeps named fans outside the AI’s scope; all fans opens the wider scope. Check the saved selection before resuming the account.
Activate the agent
Activate the agent to handle the configured chatting and media offers. Follow account activity and purchases in Statistics, and add other creators with their own personality and catalog.
Write media descriptions in the creator’s first person, with the format and actual content: “Video of me doing a ten-minute stretching routine in my home studio.” Use that description only for matching content. It gives the agent something specific to explain. The AI replies and PPV pricing guide covers the settings in more detail.
Give each message a separate job
The text attached to a media item, a short sentence sent after media and a follow-up after silence serve different moments. Configure and review them separately. Adding the same sales pitch to all three can repeat an offer within one exchange.
Text attached to media
Explain the item being offered: its format, content and why it fits the request. Compare the text with the actual media before saving it.
Post-media sentence
This Behavior option allows a second short sentence after media. Review whether it continues the exchange usefully after the offer.
Automatic follow-up
This runs after the fan stops replying. Choose from 2, 5, 10, 15, 20 or 30 minutes. Optional examples guide the tone and angle; they are not copied word for word.
Check the offer: the reply matches the prepared description. Confirm the media’s availability and price when it is offered.
Read what follows: inspect later messages as well. If the next automatic message repeats the offer after this refusal, revise the instructions or follow-up setup while the account is paused.
Choose a follow-up delay for the way this account’s fans talk, then read the later exchanges. Use the follow-up guide to prepare examples that reopen a conversation without repeating the sale.
Read the activity and keep control of the account
Open Statistics from the account card. In the media view, compare Paid sends, Unique offers, Purchases and Reached fans. Repeated sends of the same media to the same fan count as one unique offer. Read purchases alongside offers to understand where the exchange needs attention.
Use the same date range when comparing accounts or reviewing a change. Check recent conversations and note whether media availability, prices, fan selection or reply timing changed. Use the native platform’s payout statement when you need the amount paid to you after its deductions.
- A request needs your decision: manually pause the account’s AI before replying in the native platform.
- An offer contains the wrong details: check the media description and price, correct them and save before resuming.
- Offers rise while purchases stay flat: read the request and the offered item before changing the price.
- You are ready to add another creator: repeat the setup with that creator’s own personality, catalog and fan scope.
For several accounts, use the multi-creator setup method. For the figures, use the creator dashboard KPI guide.
