Creator voice + clear offers + checked prices
Unly lets you configure the creator’s identity, language, emoji behavior, follow-up examples and PDF instructions, then manage media descriptions and catalogue prices. Start with those controls. A warm reply cannot fix an inaccurate offer, and an accurate offer still needs the right price.
The method is straightforward: define how the account speaks, describe what each file contains, set the prices, then review the conversations and sales that follow.
PPV means pay-per-view: the fan pays to unlock a specific piece of content. This guide focuses on the voice and prices of offers from your connected creator account’s catalogue.
Choose the control that matches the problem
From Accounts, open Configure for the creator account. Identity defines the creator’s personality and biography. Behavior sets language and emoji use. Media descriptions explain the content, while price fields define its catalogue offer. Together, these settings prepare the agent for your account’s conversations.
| What needs changing? | Control to use | What to check afterward |
|---|---|---|
| Profile facts or identity | Identity & appearance, including Other / Biography | The reply uses the right facts and does not add a different backstory. |
| Detailed wording and boundaries | Instructions from PDF in Advanced options | The response follows the brief in a normal chat and a difficult request. |
| Language, emojis or follow-up style | AI behavior and Follow-up examples | The language, emoji frequency and follow-up feel consistent with the account. |
| What a paid item contains | The media or pack description | The offer matches the actual files. |
| One item’s catalogue price | That item’s price field | The saved amount and calculated price are correct. |
| A percentage adjustment across paid media | Price delta (%) in Media settings | The price after the delta is suitable for each affected offer. |
For the platform setup itself, see Unly’s OnlyFans AI chatbot or Unly’s MYM AI chatbot. The work below starts with a connected account.
Write a voice brief someone could actually follow
“Be natural and sell more” leaves the important choices open. Explain how the creator answers a greeting, introduces paid content and handles a refusal. Use examples of wording you would approve.
In Identity & appearance, Unly asks for biography and physical details in the second person. Write “You enjoy dance classes” rather than “I enjoy dance classes.” Media descriptions use the first person instead, because they describe the creator in the file.
Voice
“You write short, warm replies. You use everyday English. You avoid pet names unless the fan has already used one comfortably.”
Content facts
“Describe only what is available in the catalogue. Do not call a prerecorded clip a live session or a video made for this fan.”
Commercial boundaries
“When a fan says an item is outside their budget, explain the offer briefly. If a suitable lower-priced item exists, offer that alternative. Respect a clear refusal.”
Use this structure for your PDF instructions, replacing the examples with your own rules. In AI behavior, choose the primary language, add a secondary language if needed, and set emoji frequency. If certain emojis do not fit the creator, select an allowed palette.
Follow-up examples are another place to show the account’s voice. Give examples that refer to a real topic, such as “Did you mean the dance clip or the photo set?” An example guides the tone; it should not become a line repeated regardless of context.
For a broader division of responsibilities, read how to automate chatting without losing your voice.
Make the media description answer the buying question
A fan deciding whether to unlock a PPV needs to understand the content. “My best video” gives almost no usable information. A short factual description tells the AI what it can accurately offer.
Vague: “Private dance video.”
Specific: “Video of me dancing in a red dress in my bedroom, filmed from behind. My face stays out of frame, and the clip has music without speech.”
Why it helps: format, outfit, setting, action, framing and audio are clear. Use those details only when they match the full video.
For a pack, state the number of photos and videos and describe any meaningful differences. If only one photo shows the creator’s face, do not imply that the entire pack does. Review generated descriptions before saving them.
In the media editor’s Advanced options, Message sent with the media lets you configure the accompanying text separately. Keep that wording accurate, too: “This is the dance clip filmed from behind.” A catalogue description can then support different conversations without promising an experience the content does not provide.
Also separate existing content from a custom request. MYM distinguishes paid push media from requested private content. Its private-content process lets the creator accept or reject a request and propose a production price. Do not present an existing catalogue clip as a new custom recording.
Set the base price, then check the account adjustment
In Unly, each media item or pack has its own price. Media settings also provides Price delta (%), an account-level percentage adjustment applied to paid catalogue media. The item’s price field remains the base price. For paid media with a nonzero delta, the form displays the price after the adjustment.
- Set the item’s base price. Open the media or pack and enter the amount you want to use as its catalogue reference.
- Review Price delta (%). Use a percentage adjustment when you intend to change paid media prices across that account. Changing one item is a reason to edit that item directly.
- Read the calculated price. With a nonzero delta on paid media, check the after-delta amount before saving. Unly’s configured price limits can cap the calculation; OnlyFans accounts also have a maximum-price setting.
- Check the offer and purchase. In the platform’s native messaging interface, compare the wording with the price on the sent media. Then check the recorded purchase in Unly. A saved catalogue price is only one part of that review.
€20 base price × (1 + 10 ÷ 100) = €22 before applicable price limits.
A −10% delta gives €20 × 0.90 = €18 before those limits. A negative delta adjusts the catalogue; it does not define how far the AI may negotiate.
With a 0% delta, that calculation gives €20. The base-price field still reads €20 in both cases. An item priced at €0 stays free under this adjustment.
The percentage controls the catalogue adjustment. With a zero delta, no percentage adjustment is applied. Negotiation remains a separate part of the conversation, guided by your commercial instructions and available media offers.
Avoid using a description such as “premium price” to manage amounts. Put the number in the price control and keep the description factual. For deciding whether the amount itself needs changing, use the PPV pricing guide for OnlyFans and MYM.
Answer the objection without rewriting your rules
“That costs too much” can mean the fan has a smaller budget, misunderstood the offer or wants a different item. The next reply should clarify that decision. A discount does not answer every objection.
What this reply does: acknowledges the budget, offers a different item and asks for interest. It does not promise a price cut or pretend the smaller set contains the full video.
What happens next: the offer ends. A clear refusal is not a reason to repeat it with stronger wording.
Only use the alternative above if that item exists and its price fits the objection. If it does not, keep the original offer clear and accept the fan’s decision.
If a custom request needs your approval, create an alert rule describing that situation and choose manual resumption. Unly provides custom alerts with a pause; your team can review the paused conversation before resuming it. See how to sell PPV without pushy messages for more examples.
Make every script step earn its place
A sales script organizes the order of media offers. It should give the fan a reason to consider the next item: different content, a longer separate video or a clearly described set. Adding nearly identical media just creates more offers to decline.
Keep the first script short enough to review in full. If you use a free introduction, start with one and check that the following paid items have valid prices. Let the content and price progression make sense together.
Unly also exposes a Strict script compliance setting. Before using it, read the complete sequence and check its media, descriptions, order and prices. Then review the resulting conversations to see whether the sequence fits the fan’s request.
Also review Post-media sentence, which allows a second short sentence after a media item. Decide whether that extra message helps the creator’s style. A clear accompanying message may already say everything the fan needs.
