One operating method. A separate setup for every creator.
To manage multiple creator accounts with AI, standardize the work around each account and configure the account itself individually. In Unly, you can add creator accounts, open their own configuration, control which fans the AI talks to, and review their statistics. Each creator still needs their own personality, media, prices and boundaries.
Before adding another creator, decide who will review that account. A creator managing several pages has the same problem: a new page brings another offer and another set of expectations. This guide gives you a repeatable setup in Unly’s OFM software, followed by a decision rule for adding the next account.
Share the process. Fill in a different brief for every account.
Your onboarding checklist can stay the same across the roster. The answers should come from the creator whose account you are configuring. That distinction prevents a copied instruction from carrying someone else’s interests, offers or promises into a conversation.
| Area | Reuse this method | Fill this in for the account |
|---|---|---|
| Creator voice | Ask for interests, tone and examples of natural replies. | The creator’s identity details, language, vocabulary and emoji preferences. |
| Media | Check descriptions, availability and prices before enabling an item. | The media this creator can offer, what each item contains and its price. |
| Conversation scope | Start with a named fan list and review before widening. | The fans included or excluded, reply delay and AI availability. |
| Custom requests | Confirm scope and timing with the creator before accepting. | What this creator accepts, who checks with them and what is already approved. |
| Account review | Use the same checklist and date range. | The account’s replies, sales activity, unresolved requests and configuration changes. |
For example, a fitness creator and a fashion creator can use the same onboarding questions. Their hobbies, available clips and replies to a request for workout content will differ. Copy the blank checklist, then collect the answers again.
Set up each creator account in Unly in this order
Prepare the voice and offers before opening the conversation scope. It is easier to assess a reply when you already know what that account should say and sell.
- Add and identify the account. Open Account management and select Add an account. Complete the connection flow for its platform, then check the account name and platform on the card. If the card shows Active, select Pause and confirm Pause anyway while preparing the setup. Confirm the account identity again when moving between creators.
- Configure the creator’s voice and availability. Select Configure on that card. In Personality, fill in the relevant identity details and hobbies, then select Save. In Behavior, set the language, reply delay and AI availability; these settings save automatically. Use specific instructions such as “short replies, calm tone, no pet names” instead of “sound authentic.”
- Prepare the media the account can offer. Check each item’s Internal description and Price. Describe what the fan actually receives, in the creator’s first-person voice. Use Enable this media to control availability; disabled media will not be sent. If an item is awaiting approval, leave it disabled. Select Save after editing each media item.
- Begin with selected fans. In Fan selection, set Monitoring type to Talk only to fans in the list (whitelist) and add the fan names for your initial scope. Check the saved setup, then use Resume if the account is paused. Review the live exchanges before adding more names or choosing a broader setting.
Alongside each media item’s base price, check the account’s Price delta (%): it adjusts prices by a percentage. On an OnlyFans account, also check OnlyFans maximum price (€), the ceiling configured for that account. Review both after copying settings from another creator.
Check the options shown for each connected platform. For MYM accounts with Auto script available, use its own messages, media and timing workflow. The MYM chat and private-media guide explains that setup. Give each platform account its own catalog and prices, even when the creator’s voice stays the same.
Read the exchanges in the platform’s native messaging. Check an ordinary greeting, a request for an available item, and a request the creator has not approved. Look for the right voice, accurate media details and a response that stays within the account’s boundaries. Use the guide to AI replies and PPV pricing when an account needs more detailed selling instructions.
The account card’s Pause and Resume controls let you pause or resume that account’s AI replying. If the account brief or media setup needs correcting, pause it while you check the problem. Keep a note of what changed before resuming.
Unly also lets you copy a Personality, Behavior or Alerts section from another configured account. Copy and save replaces the current settings in that section. Review the destination account after copying: shared reply settings may be useful, but creator details and fan lists need to fit the account you are setting up.
The same fan request can need two different answers
Personality is only part of personalization. A reply also needs to match what the creator has available. Compare these two account briefs when reviewing a request for a workout clip.
Account A: workout clip available
Brief: playful, short replies. The approved library includes a gym clip.
Review point: the answer names an available item and keeps the tone light. Check that any following description and price match this account’s media settings.
Account B: no workout clip available
Brief: calm, direct replies. The approved library has fashion videos, with no workout clip.
Review point: the answer respects the available library. It does not invent a clip or promise to film one later.
If both accounts offer the gym clip during your review, changing the tone will not fix the underlying issue. Check which account you are configuring, its media descriptions and its instructions. If a fan asks for a new custom item, confirm it with that creator before promising a price or delivery time.
Give exceptions an owner and a next action
As the account owner, use Unly’s Team settings to give each person access to the areas they work on. Permissions are set per creator account. Someone reviewing figures can have View access to Statistics; someone maintaining the catalog can have Manage access to media. Set these permissions when onboarding the account, then agree who follows up on exceptions.
Use a short handoff note in your team’s working checklist. Record the creator account, fan request, what is approved, person responsible and next action. For example: “Fashion account — fan asks for a new custom video — no delivery date approved — manager to check with creator — confirm availability before discussing payment.”
- Available media, clear request: review whether the conversation offers a relevant enabled item with accurate details.
- Unclear price or media availability: check the account’s catalog and settings before continuing the offer.
- New custom request or delivery promise: ask the creator to confirm scope, price and timing.
- Complaint about a purchase: have a person check what was offered and delivered before responding.
The handoff note is an operating routine you maintain. Keep it short enough that another person can pick up the request without rebuilding the conversation. For the broader division of work, read AI chatters versus human chatters.
When you need to reply manually on the platform, use the account-level Pause control, read the conversation there and resolve the request. Check the account’s instructions before resuming its AI replying.
For a safety alert, Resume requests a reassessment of the conversation. Check the updated status before assuming replies have restarted. Handle that alert alongside the account’s connection and setup checks.
Review individual accounts before expanding the roster
Start your review on the account cards: check the connection and AI status. Then open Statistics for that account. The Model statistics page includes Sales volume, Unique sales and Average basket. Use the same date range for each review. A portfolio total can rise while one creator’s activity falls, so inspect that account before changing its instructions or prices.
Read the figures alongside recent conversations. Sales activity tells you what happened; replies and offers help you decide what to check next. Keep a dated note of changes to personality instructions, fan selection, media availability or prices so you can see which setup was active when activity changed.
Track your own review time and open requests in the same routine. If you cannot check the existing accounts or get creator decisions back to fans, settle that workload before adding another account. More AI activity still creates work when nobody owns the exceptions.
When a figure changes, compare the same period length and check whether traffic, enabled media or AI availability also changed. One sale or one quiet day is not enough to decide that a new setup works. The creator dashboard KPI guide explains how to read account activity before changing scripts or prices.
More offers, sales stay flat
Read the requests and the media offered. Check the item’s relevance, description and timing before lowering its price.
One account goes quiet
Check its connection, AI status, fan selection and alerts. Then check whether incoming traffic also changed.
The total hides a decline
Compare each account’s figures separately. Growth on one creator can conceal a fall on another in the overall view.
At each review, handle accounts that need a reconnection, a pause decision or an alert checked. Then read exchanges on active accounts, including conversations without a purchase. Change one setting at a time and record the account, reason and date.
Use this checklist before adding the next creator
- The current account is connected and its AI status matches your intended setup.
- The creator’s voice and boundaries are written down, and recent replies fit them.
- Enabled media have accurate descriptions and checked prices; unapproved items stay disabled.
- The initial fan list has been reviewed before expanding the conversation scope.
- Custom requests and complaints have a person responsible and a clear next action.
- Each team member has the access needed for their work on that creator’s account.
- You can keep reviewing this account while onboarding the next one.
Put the first account through the full routine
Add it in Unly, configure the creator’s personality and media, then start with selected fans. Review the replies and resolve the exceptions. Once you can maintain that account, use the same checklist to prepare the next creator.
