Clear media → the right offer → a useful conversation
Unly helps you run your Fansly account with configurable AI chatting, media descriptions, prices, follow-ups and account statistics. Start by defining what you sell and who can already access it. Then give the agent a clear scope and review its conversations in Fansly’s native messaging.
This guide shows you how to organize those decisions: match media to your tiers, answer the fan’s actual request and use sales data to choose your next change.
What does Fansly account management involve?
Fansly OFM applies the methods of OnlyFans Management to a Fansly account: preparing content, organizing offers, handling DMs, following up and reviewing sales. The creator decides the voice, boundaries and benefits; the person managing the account turns those decisions into a repeatable routine.
Your working routine should answer four questions: what can we offer, who is it relevant to, what has already happened in the conversation, and what should we improve next week? Keep the media catalogue and the fan’s thread open when making those decisions.
If a teammate handles the native account, use Fansly’s Management Sessions to give them selected permissions without sharing the main login. Give each session a recognizable name and revoke it when that person no longer needs access.
Organize media around tier access and previous purchases
Fansly lets you sell locked media in posts and DMs. Its media permissions can offer alternative ways to unlock content or require several conditions together. A subscription can grant access to one item while another still requires a purchase.
For every offer, write down the exact contents, its base price, which tiers include it and whether it appears elsewhere on your account. Check those notes against the current Fansly permissions. A title such as “studio full video” should identify the same content wherever you use it.
| Fan’s situation | What to check | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Follower asking about a video | The media’s unlock options and whether this fan has already bought it. | Describe the available video and its paid offer if they need to purchase access. |
| Subscriber whose tier includes the video | The promised tier benefit and the media’s current permissions. | Help them find the included video. Check the access settings if it appears locked. |
| Fan who already purchased it | The exact media or pack they bought, including its component files. | Help them locate that purchase. Check a proposed pack for overlapping content. |
| Access or purchase history is unclear | The native thread, shared media and the relevant offer. | Resolve the uncertainty before selecting another paid item. |
A useful catalogue distinguishes the preview, the full video and the photo set from the same shoot. In your offer notes, record each version, its access permissions and where it was posted or sent.
Write descriptions that let you select the right item
In Unly, give each media item or pack a precise description and a base price. Describe what is actually in the files, using the creator’s first-person voice. If your pack contains twelve studio photos and no video, a useful description is: “Pack of twelve photos of me in the studio, wearing a black dress, with seated and standing poses. Photos only.” Check every detail against the files before saving it.
Keep the message sent with the media separate from that description. The description explains the content; the accompanying message introduces it to the fan. For a pack, check every included file against what the fan already has. For more on prices and offer text, read how to customize replies and PPV pricing.
Keep the conversation specific to the fan
Read the last message before choosing an offer. “Where is the video?” asks for access. “Do you have photos from that shoot?” asks about another format. Those questions need different replies, even when both mention the same shoot.
Answer the access question first. Verify the post and permissions before giving directions.
The offer now matches a request for different content. Check the pack and prior purchases before sending it.
Use scripts to prepare useful wording for recurring situations: explaining a pack, answering a price question or closing an offer after a refusal. Adapt the reply to what the fan has said. Avoid adding a delivery promise for a custom request until the creator has agreed to the work and timing.
Keep important context in the native conversation. Fansly’s messaging tools include private notes and a way to review shared media. Use a note for an agreed preference or unresolved request that the next teammate needs to understand. The OFM chatting guide develops the same method for scripts and offers.
Give every follow-up a reason
Silence, a question and a refusal call for different actions. After silence, one clarification may help: “The offer contains the photo set; the video is already included in your tier.” After a question, answer it. After “No thanks,” close that offer and let the fan move on.
Unly lets you enable follow-ups after silence, choose a delay and provide wording examples. The available delays are 2, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30 minutes. Choose a delay that fits the conversation, then read actual threads to check whether the follow-up is useful. Keep the feature disabled while you review an unsuitable pattern.
Configure the text accompanying media, the sentence after media and the follow-up after silence for their separate jobs. Putting the same sales pitch in all three can repeat the offer. Use the fan follow-up guide to decide what each message should add.
Set up Unly around one clear Fansly workflow
Start with a small set of media you can fully review. Expand the catalogue once descriptions, prices and conversation handling are consistent.
Connect the account
Choose Fansly in Unly’s add-account flow and complete the connection. Open the account’s agent configuration before enabling the workflow.
Configure the creator’s voice and boundaries
Complete the personality settings, choose the language and review the behavior settings, including response delay and emoji use. Give the agent accurate information about the creator; review replies against the voice you want.
Prepare media and prices
Check descriptions, pack contents, base prices and activation. If you use Unly’s catalogue-wide price adjustment, review the effective prices after the percentage change. Keep the Fansly tier-access record alongside this review.
Choose the agent’s scope
Use the available inclusion or exclusion scope to decide which fans the agent handles. Keep requests needing a personal decision under your supervision. Set follow-ups only after the basic reply and offer flow is clear.
Review conversations in Fansly
Read the native threads for wrong media, unclear offers or repeated pitches. When you need to intervene, manually pause the account’s agent in Unly and reply in Fansly. Check the thread before resuming.
Use the weekly review to choose one improvement
Open the account’s statistics in Unly to review sales activity, media performance and average purchase value for a selected period. Read the corresponding Fansly threads to understand what those figures leave out: unanswered questions, access confusion and time spent handling exceptions.
Media sales
Check which items sold and how often. When a pack attracts questions but few purchases, inspect its description and access setup before changing its price.
Average purchase
Compare similar offers and periods. A change in the mix of individual items and packs can change the average without any price change.
Buyers and repeat purchases
Open the sales details and check which fans made the purchases. Look for repeat buyers before deciding which conversations to review.
Time and corrections
Record time spent handling DMs and recurring errors yourself. Use that log to decide whether your next improvement belongs in the catalogue, agent settings or team routine.
For the platform-wide picture, use Fansly’s Statistics page. It separates product types and distinguishes gross payments from net earnings. Keep subscriptions, tips and media sales separate when assessing chatting. Compare completed periods of the same length; Fansly’s custom date ranges use UTC days.
For example, if overall earnings rise while media purchases stay flat, check subscriptions and tips before attributing the rise to DMs. If pack sales weaken and fans repeatedly ask what is included, clarify the pack description first. Make that one change, record its date and review the next comparable period. The creator KPI guide explains how to keep this review focused.
