Unly helps you run a Maloum account with AI chatting, media controls, public and private post automations, Mass DM and follow-ups. Prepare the content and rules in Unly, check posts and conversations in Maloum, then review the activity. That gives every action a purpose and every result a place to check.

Give posts, campaigns and conversations different jobs

Maloum account management, also called Maloum OFM, is the work around the creator’s content: organizing media, publishing posts, answering fans and reviewing what happened. You can run it yourself or divide it across a team. Either way, decide who prepares the content, who handles exceptions and who checks the result.

Maloum provides a media library, subscriptions and messaging. Its content guide distinguishes public posts from private subscriber posts. Choose the job and audience before choosing the automation.

Prepare a catalogue the agent can use accurately

First, finish the Maloum creator setup and check the account you connect through Unly’s Accounts page. Maloum requires creator verification before uploading content. Open the media in Unly and make sure the items you intend to use are present.

For each item, review its description, base price and active status. Describe what the fan will receive: format, outfit, setting, duration and audio when relevant. Write the description in the first person. In Unly, a media description needs at least nine words and a recognized personal format such as “video of me”.

A description for a ready-to-send clip

Media description: “Video of me in a red dress, turning towards the camera in my bedroom; a 40-second clip with music and no spoken audio.”

Use that description only if it matches the clip. It gives the agent concrete facts for answering questions about length and audio. A title such as “red dress” leaves those questions unanswered.

Set the item’s base price, then check the resulting price displayed after any catalogue-wide percentage adjustment. Keep unfinished content out of the active catalogue. If a fan asks for a custom version, have the creator confirm the work and delivery before making that promise. The guide to AI replies and media pricing covers those settings in more detail.

Run posts through source and published folders

In Unly’s Maloum Automations tab, prepare the folders for the post workflow. Automatic post uses unly_post → unly_posted and lets you mark each time slot Public or Private. The separate Private posts workflow uses unly_private_post → unly_private_posted and always publishes private posts. Keep content awaiting publication in the matching source folder. The published folder is the destination for items the automation has processed.

  1. Prepare the source

Put the intended media in the public or private source folder. Check it against that audience’s rules. Add captions that make sense for every item in the folder: the automation chooses an available item and a caption at a configured time.

  2. Set the schedule and timezone

Choose the publication times, then check the model timezone used by the automation. If you intend a teaser to run at 18:00 in Europe/Paris, confirm that the displayed schedule uses that timezone and set its time slot to Public. Review the separate Private posts schedule before enabling that workflow.

  3. Check the recorded action

After the scheduled run, read Unly’s activity history and inspect the source and published folders. Check the caption, publication time and public or private type against what you prepared.

  4. Check the native post

Open Maloum and inspect the post itself. Confirm the media, caption and audience, then check whether it is visible or still under review. Those checks complete the publication workflow.

Maloum reviews uploaded posts before publication. An uploaded post can show “under review” in your profile until it is approved and becomes visible to fans. If a post has not appeared, check that native state and Unly’s history before putting the same item back into the source folder.

In the standard Automatic post tab, Post lifecycle lets you choose Delete post or Make post private after a configured delay. To make a teaser private after a one-day delay, select Make post private and 1 day, then inspect the post’s native state after that delay. Account for Maloum’s approval step when planning how long a teaser will be visible.

Check the source stock before the next run. Manual recycling moves published items back into the source so they can be used again. Automatic recycling is available when the lifecycle is enabled with Delete post; if the source has no available media, it can recycle and publish immediately. Enable it only when repeating that content fits your plan. In Unly, automatic reels are available for 4Based; Maloum uses public and private posts.

Configure Mass DM as its own campaign

Maloum Mass DM can send a generic message to eligible chats marked as read when the last relevant message is older than your configured delay. Choose 6 hours, 12 hours, 1 day, 3 days or 7 days in its own automation. This delay controls eligibility; the post publication times do not schedule the message.

You can add custom message groups for time ranges in the model timezone. Outside a matching group, Unly uses its own texts. For the prepared clip, a custom message could say: “I’ve got a short red-dress clip with music. Want to see this one?” Keep it about one available item so the fan understands the invitation.

If you enable deletion when there is no reply, choose a delay between 5 and 360 minutes. Review that setting with your team: it affects how long the unanswered message remains in the conversation.

After the run, check the Mass DM activity and a delivered message in Maloum. Read any reply in context before making the next offer, and check whether the fan has already received or bought the item. The Mass DM guide explains how to give a campaign a specific purpose.

Give chatting a voice, scope and follow-up rule

Configure the creator’s profile, languages, response timing and availability in Unly. Then choose one fan scope: all fans, an inclusion list or an exclusion list. These are alternative modes. An inclusion list lets you start with a set of conversations you can review before broadening the scope.

The media description should help the reply answer the fan’s actual question. Here is an exchange to aim for with the prepared clip:

Fan: “Is this a full video or a short clip? Do you talk in it?”

Creator: “It’s a 40-second clip of me in the red dress, with music and no talking. Want that one?”

Why this reply works: it answers both questions using the description, then asks whether the fan wants that item. It makes no promise about a different version.

Keep the message sent with the media, the optional post-media sentence and a silence follow-up distinct. In Unly, silence follow-up delays are 2, 5, 10, 15, 20 or 30 minutes. You can restrict them to known buyers and add examples to steer the style. Those examples guide the tone and angle; the agent does not copy them word for word.

Read conversations in Maloum’s native messaging interface. When you need to intervene, manually pause the account’s agent from Unly’s Accounts page, read the full exchange and reply in Maloum. Before resuming, check any price, delivery or custom-content commitment you added. Use the follow-up guide to review whether a silence message has a useful reason to exist.

Prepare, check and review one complete run

Start with one public teaser and the ready-to-send red-dress clip. This small run checks the connection between publication and conversation before you add more content or campaigns.

  1. Prepare: place the teaser suitable for a public post in unly_post, add a caption that fits it, and set one Public publication slot in the intended timezone. Save the clip’s accurate description and base price in the active catalogue. Choose an inclusion list for the chatting scope you will review.
  2. Verify in Maloum: after the run, open the post and check its media, caption, audience and review state. For a conversation about the clip, inspect the fan’s request, reply, delivered media and text. If you need to correct the exchange, pause the account’s agent before replying.
  3. Review in Unly: compare the post history and folder movement with the native result. Review Paid sends, Unique offers and Purchases for the account over comparable periods, alongside the conversations that explain them.
  4. Change the setting that caused the mismatch: fix an inaccurate description before adding more messages; correct a timezone before increasing posting frequency; inspect an unclear offer before changing its price. Review the next run with that change in place.

Keep the review specific enough to act on: “the clip description omitted its length” leads to an edit; “chatting needs improvement” does not. The creator KPI guide helps connect the account’s activity to the exchanges you should inspect next.
