Creator rules → repeatable tasks → human review
Unly lets you configure a creator profile, media and prices, follow-ups and the fans covered by an AI agent. Set your creator’s voice, catalog and prices, then let the agent run the chatting. The creator keeps content production and account strategy.
AI OFM: managing conversations for an existing creator
OnlyFans management, or OFM, covers the work around a creator account. AI can support part of that work: replying to routine messages, using prepared content information and following up after silence. This guide focuses on that chatting workflow. If you need the wider definition, read what OnlyFans management involves.
AI chatting for a creator
The account already has a creator, a voice and a catalogue. Your job is to translate those into usable instructions, then review how conversations are handled.
Creating a virtual model
The work starts with a generated character and its content. That is a separate activity from helping an existing creator manage messages, and it is outside this guide.
The creator decides whether they have time to film tonight or accept a request that changes what you sell. Put those decisions with a named person. Otherwise, a routine reply can turn into a commitment nobody approved.
Start with tasks you can describe and check
Choose a task by its inputs and its stopping point. A welcome has a clear purpose. An explanation of existing content can be checked against the catalogue. A new custom order requires a decision about work that has not been agreed.
| Task | Prepare first | When a human takes over |
|---|---|---|
| Welcome a subscriber | The creator’s tone and one easy question. | The fan raises a complaint or an existing agreement. |
| Explain available media | An accurate description and the intended base price. | The fan asks for something outside that content. |
| Clarify a request | A short question about what the fan means. | The answer requires the creator’s availability or a new promise. |
| Follow up after silence | A reason to write again, an example message and a chosen delay. | The thread contains a refusal, a request to stop or an unresolved dispute. |
| Agree a custom order | The creator’s decision on scope, price and timing. | Keep approval of the order with the creator or manager. |
The last column is your team’s intervention rule. Review it in the platform’s messaging; configure custom alerts for the situations where you want a notification or pause. For a more detailed division of work, use the guide to what to automate and keep human.
Turn “sound like me” into instructions you can review
Use messages the creator already likes to identify the pattern: sentence length, vocabulary, emoji use and how an offer is introduced. Then write instructions that describe those choices. “Be engaging” gives you no clear way to judge the next reply.
Replace a vague brief
Too vague: “Be friendly and sell more.”
Usable: “Use short, casual sentences. Ask one question at a time. Describe the available set before offering it. Avoid pet names unless they fit this creator’s usual messages.”
Write the limits separately
“Use the catalogue to describe content. Do not promise a custom shoot, a delivery date or personal availability that has not been confirmed. A refusal is a reason to stop that pitch.”
Use Unly’s creator profile and PDF instructions for that brief, and its follow-up examples to guide reminder wording. For PPV offers, the guide to AI replies and PPV pricing explains how wording and catalogue prices work together.
Build the Unly setup in a useful order
Complete the inputs before increasing the agent’s coverage. A script cannot fix an unclear media description, and a shorter follow-up delay cannot fix an irrelevant offer.
-
Prepare the creator profile and instructions
Add the creator information in the profile and provide the voice brief through PDF instructions. Set reply languages and emoji frequency separately. Remove examples that contradict the brief.
-
Check media, packs and base prices
Describe what each offer includes and set the intended base price. Unly also has a catalogue adjustment in percent: for example, a €20 media price with +10% becomes €22 before platform price limits are applied. Check the adjusted-price preview before saving.
-
Prepare scripts and follow-ups for different moments
Keep the text accompanying media, the separate sentence after media and the follow-up after silence distinct. Unly’s silence follow-up delay choices are 2, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30 minutes. Choose a setting that fits the exchange rather than starting with the shortest delay.
-
Choose the fans your agent handles
Unly offers all fans, exclusion-list and inclusion-list scopes. Use an inclusion list when you need a small starting scope, or an exclusion list when particular fans should stay outside it. These are alternative scopes; choose the one that matches your plan.
-
Follow your account activity
Read conversations and send human replies in the platform’s native messaging. Keep the Unly account-level pause available, and agree who will use it when the team finds an exception.
Pause when a request creates a new commitment
A question about an existing set and a request to create something tonight need different handling. The first uses information you already have. The second changes the work the creator must deliver.
The answer describes the existing offer. Check that the media description supports it before using this wording.
The request needs the creator’s approval. A friendly answer should not turn uncertainty into a delivery promise.
When you find a case like this, pause the Unly agent manually at account level, read the full thread and handle the request in native messaging. Before resuming, check whether this fan should remain outside the agent’s scope and whether the brief needs a clearer limit. The account pause affects the account, so coordinate with anyone else reviewing its chats.
Make your account’s description of the service match how you actually operate it. Avoid promises of personal availability that the creator or team cannot provide.
Expand only after checking the work the agent produces
Review a mix of routine chats, offers and conversations that required a correction. Checking only successful sales leaves you blind to unanswered questions, mismatched media and repeated pitches.
- Relevance: does the reply answer the fan’s last message, including a refusal or a changed request?
- Voice: does the wording match the creator’s brief without adding personal claims?
- Offer accuracy: does the description match the media, and is the price the one you intended?
- Follow-up purpose: does the reminder add something useful rather than repeat the same pitch?
- Human workload: which corrections keep recurring, and what configuration change would address them?
Use Unly’s account sales statistics alongside that conversation review. Compare similar periods and record changes to traffic, content and prices; an increase in sales cannot tell you on its own which change caused it. The creator KPI guide helps you choose what to inspect before changing scripts.
Fix one recurring issue, review the affected conversations again, then decide whether a wider scope meets your criteria. Create your Unly account to prepare the creator profile, media catalogue and review routine.
