Unly helps you run a MYM account with configured AI chatting, media offers, follow-ups, publication tools and account statistics. You prepare the content and rules, read conversations in MYM and review the activity in Unly. A clear workflow tells you what the fan wants, which content is ready and when someone needs to step in.

What MYM account management actually covers

MYM account management, often called MYM OFM, covers the work around a creator’s account: messages, available content, paid media, posts, follow-ups and performance reviews. A solo creator needs the same clarity as an agency: each offer must match content the creator can provide.

The method builds on OFM account management, but the decisions must fit MYM. A post, a private push and a fan’s custom request have different jobs. Before choosing a message or automation, identify which of those jobs you are handling.

For a requested private media item, MYM describes a request, a price proposal, the fan’s acceptance and delivery. MYM also lets you offer an existing paid item from the conversation. Keep ready-to-send content separate from work the creator still needs to produce: that distinction determines what you can promise.

Build a workflow you can repeat

Prepare the account before increasing the number of messages. The steps below connect the creator’s decisions to the content, calendar and conversations. Each step should leave something the next person can inspect.

  1. Write the creator brief

Complete the profile and languages in Unly. Add practical rules: short replies, words the creator uses, subjects they avoid and requests they must confirm themselves. “Do not promise a custom video before I confirm that I can make it” gives the agent and your team a specific boundary.

  2. Prepare the available media

In Unly, review each item’s description, base price and active status. Describe format, duration and what is included. Use scripts when several media belong in a sequence. Keep unfinished content out of the active catalogue.

  3. Connect the content to the calendar

Decide what appears on the feed, what remains a paid offer and which prepared content supports each publication. Configure MYM publication tools with the content and times you intend to use. A teaser should lead to an item you can actually send.

  4. Set who the agent handles

Choose a fan scope, availability, response timing and follow-up settings in Unly. Start with a limited inclusion list if you want to review a small set of conversations first. Decide who will pause the agent and handle exceptions.

  5. Review the exchange and its result

Read the fan’s request, the reply, the media offer and subsequent messages in MYM. Check Unly’s media statistics for the same period. Correct the recurring issue in the profile, catalogue or settings before widening the scope.

Use the fan’s request to choose the next message

A useful reply moves the exchange toward a clear decision. If a fan asks for a video, identify the relevant video. If they already bought it, check what else fits. MYM’s creator messaging guide explains how the private gallery marks purchased content, so you can check before repeating an offer.

Take a catalogue item described as “Two-minute video of me in the red outfit from my studio shoot, showing the outfit and posing for the camera.” That description distinguishes it from a photo pack from the same shoot. In Unly, check its base price and the displayed resulting price if you apply a catalogue percentage adjustment.

Worked conversation: match the request to the prepared content.

Fan

I liked the red outfit in your post. Is there a video from that shoot?

Creator reply

Yes, I have a two-minute clip in that outfit, showing it up close and posing for the camera. Is that the one you’re looking for?

Why this works: the reply names the format and content. It gives the fan enough information to decide and keeps the offer within the prepared catalogue.

Fan

Could you make a longer version with a message just for me?

The decision has changed: when you see this custom request during review, pause the account’s agent and handle the exchange in MYM. Someone must confirm the content, price and delivery before making a commitment.

Manual creator reply

I need to check whether I can make that. Tell me the length and message you have in mind, then I’ll confirm what I can offer.

Review replies against the same questions: does the description match the file, is the price correct, and can the creator deliver what was promised? Use the guide to AI replies and PPV pricing to prepare those settings.

Make posts and follow-ups support the conversation

Prepare a feed post and its related media together. If the post mentions a studio shoot, the catalogue should identify the photos and video from that shoot. This lets you answer the interest created by the post without searching through unnamed files or offering a different item.

MYM supports scheduled posts and pushes for different audiences. Coordinate that calendar with Unly’s MYM publication settings. Before scheduling in both places, check which tool will publish each item so you avoid duplicate posts or overlapping offers.

Text with the media

Explain what the paid item contains and why it fits the request. Check it against the actual file and price.

“Here’s the two-minute clip in the red outfit from the studio shoot.”

Sentence after a media send

Continue the exchange around the item just sent. Sending an offer does not tell you whether the fan has bought it.

“Was this the shoot you had in mind?”

Follow-up after silence

Reopen an exchange the fan stopped answering. Refer to the conversation and check whether the follow-up remains appropriate.

“Were you looking for a video or photos from that shoot?”

Unly’s follow-up delay choices are 2, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30 minutes. Choose the timing for the account, then inspect the resulting exchanges. If the fan says “not today,” a repeated sales pitch needs a change to the instructions or follow-up setup. See how to follow up without spamming for message examples.

Choose what to automate and who handles exceptions

Automate work whose inputs are ready: the creator profile, available media, prices and response rules. Keep someone responsible for decisions that require new content or a commercial commitment. Use this table when assigning the daily work.

Unly offers alternative fan scopes: all fans, an inclusion list or an exclusion list. Choose inclusion when you want the agent to handle only the fans you name. Choose exclusion when you want it to handle the others while reserving named fans for manual conversations. For an intervention, pause the account’s agent, reply in MYM and check the agreement before resuming.

Use the review to decide what changes next

Open the account’s Media statistics in Unly. Compare Paid sends, Unique offers and Purchases. Unique offers count the same media offered repeatedly to the same fan as one offer, which helps you distinguish repeated sends from new opportunities.

If paid sends grow while unique offers barely change, inspect repeated offers. If unique offers grow without purchases, read those conversations: was the content relevant, was the description clear, and did the price fit the offer? Change the issue you identify. Sending more messages will not correct an inaccurate catalogue entry.

Compare the same account over similar periods, and record changes to traffic, content and prices. Change one part of the workflow at a time so you can assess it. Keep Unly’s sales activity separate from MYM’s net payout statement when reviewing earnings. The creator dashboard KPI guide explains that review in more detail.
