Fan context · Media · Automation · Statistics
The useful features in OFM software connect what a fan asks, which media you can offer, how the agent responds and what happens to the offer. Unly brings media preparation, AI chatting controls and account statistics into one account workflow. You set the offers and rules, read the conversations in the native platform and review the results in Unly.
OFM means OnlyFans management, but the same daily tasks exist on other creator platforms: answering fans, organizing content, following up and checking sales. A solo creator and an agency both need to know what was discussed, what was offered and what to do next.
Start with the work you keep reconstructing
Open a conversation you have not read for a few days. Can you tell what the fan wanted, which media you offered and whether they bought it? If answering means searching through screenshots, spreadsheets and old messages, that is a useful place for software to help.
The problem grows when several creators, chatters or media collections are involved. A price agreed by one person may be missing from the next shift. A follow-up may arrive after the fan has already declined. The feature you need should make that specific decision easier to check.
Connect fan context, media and the next action
Start with four features. Each answers a question your creator or chatter faces during the day. In Unly, check the account settings and media statistics alongside the conversation in the native platform.
| Feature | Question it should answer | How to put it to work with Unly |
|---|---|---|
| Fan context | What did this fan ask for, receive or decline? | Read the native conversation: the request, last offer, any stated purchase and any refusal. Use those facts when deciding the next offer. |
| Media library | Which available item fits that request, and at what price? | Prepare descriptions, base prices and active status. Group media into scripts when the order matters. |
| AI and follow-up controls | Who should the agent handle, how should it reply and when should it follow up? | Configure the creator profile, languages, fan selection, availability and follow-ups. Use the manual account pause when you need to intervene. |
| Account statistics | Are offers reaching fans and becoming purchases? | Review Paid sends, Unique offers, Purchases and Reached fans for the selected period. Read the corresponding conversations before changing the setup. |
Give each media item enough detail to sell accurately
A description should distinguish one item from the next. For a behind-the-scenes studio clip, record the format, duration and what the fan will see: “Two-minute video of me at the studio shoot, showing my outfit and how the photos were made.” A label such as “exclusive content” does not help the agent explain why that item fits a request.
In Unly, prepare the media or pack description, its base price and whether it is active. When you use the catalog price variation, inspect the displayed resulting price. Treat a percentage change as a pricing decision across the affected catalog, then check representative items before proceeding. The guide to AI replies and PPV pricing walks through this setup.
On MYM, Unly loads media galleries and lets you work on descriptions, prices and scripts. A script helps organize media into a sequence. Choose it when the order serves the conversation; a fan asking for a particular video still needs a relevant offer. See the MYM workflow for the platform-specific controls.
Check the decision: the reply acknowledges the purchase named by the fan, changes format and describes the prepared clip. Compare the offer with the actual catalog and price. This checks relevance as well as tone.
Check what follows: read later messages too. A follow-up that repeats the same pitch after this refusal needs a change to the instructions or follow-up setup.
A natural reply can still offer the wrong item. Check that the format, purchase information and response to a refusal fit the conversation. The OFM chatting guide explains how to prepare relevant offers.
Set the scope before increasing the volume
In Unly, configure each creator’s profile and languages, then decide which fans the agent handles. An allowlist gives you a limited starting group. An exclusion list lets you reserve selected fans for the creator or a chatter. Set availability and response timing to match the account’s working hours.
Keep the message after a media send separate from a follow-up after silence. The first continues an exchange around an item you have just sent. The second reopens a conversation after the fan has stopped replying. Write and review them for those different jobs.
Routine work for the agent
Use it for answers grounded in the creator profile, presenting prepared media and follow-ups within your configured scope. Review these exchanges for repeated mistakes.
Decisions for the team
Keep unusual requests, custom delivery commitments and commercial exceptions with a person who can decide what the creator will actually provide.
A clear intervention
Pause the account’s agent, read the exchange and reply in the native messaging interface. Check the conversation before resuming the agent.
Write instructions your team can inspect: “Use short replies. Describe the available content accurately. Do not promise a custom request before I confirm it.” Review actual replies against those rules. Use the guide to keeping your voice to prepare that brief.
Read the offer and the result together
Open the account’s Media statistics in Unly and choose a period. Paid sends tracks paid media sent. Unique offers groups repeated sends of the same media to the same fan into one offer. Purchases shows the purchases recorded in the statistics. Reached fans shows how many fans received offers.
These distinctions help you choose the next action. If paid sends rise while unique offers barely move, check whether the same items keep being sent again. If unique offers increase without purchases, inspect descriptions, prices and conversations before sending more. For a deeper review, follow the creator dashboard KPI guide.
Compare the same account over similar periods and note changes in traffic, available content and prices. If you change the script and the price together, a movement in sales cannot tell you which change mattered. Keep a short record of the adjustment and inspect the next comparable conversations.
Measure supervision time separately: record how long you spend reviewing replies and fixing offers. Unly’s activity and sales statistics also need to be kept separate from the native platform’s net payout statement. Use the payout statement to assess what you receive after platform deductions.
Put the features to work on one account
Choose the workflow you need before connecting more accounts. Unly provides direct connection flows for MYM, Fansly, 4Based, Maloum and OnlyFans. Uncove uses a partner route to Unbot. Check publication and mass-DM tools on the platform you use: they vary by platform, and those two functions are not available for OnlyFans.
Pick one recurring problem
Choose a task you can inspect, such as finding the right media for a returning buyer or keeping follow-ups consistent. Use that task to judge the setup.
Prepare one creator account
Complete the profile and languages, describe the media and check prices. Set fan selection, availability and follow-ups before activating the agent.
Review the whole exchange
Check the fan’s request, the reply, the item offered and subsequent messages. Try the account pause so you know how to handle an exception yourself.
Adjust, then expand
Correct the recurring issue in its source: profile, media description, price or follow-up rule. Review again before applying the setup to more fans or another creator.
